HI TECH TRADING PURCHASE AGREEMENT

This is a binding agreement, if you do not agree with the contents herein
do not sign, date, initial or forward it to Hi Tech Trading Group LLC.

In order to be sure that you are FULLY informed before you begin your subscription, your order will be processed when you acknowledge that you have read and understand the following. Please read the entire document before signing:

FUTURES TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS. FUTURES TRADING IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL INVESTORS/TRADERS.

SOME OF THE TRADE EXAMPLES IN OUR COURSES AND NEWSLETTERS AND NEARLY ALL THE EXAMPLES CONTAINED IN THE MARKETING MATERIALS AND IN THE PERFORMANCE RECORDS MAY INCLUDE HYPOTHETICAL EXAMPLES. This is because you did not do the trades with your money in your own account. This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
ALL MATERIAL PROVIDED BY HTTG LLC IS BELIEVED TO BE RELIABLE. However, due to the number of sources from which we obtain information, and the inherent risks of distribution, there may be omissions or inaccuracies in such information and services. HTTG LLC, its owners/employees and contributors take every reasonable step to ensure the integrity of the data.

However, HTTG LLC, its owners and employees and contributors cannot and do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currentness or fitness for a particular purpose of the information contained in our products and services.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT: Not with standing any other communications between HTTG LLC and its customers and prospects to the contrary, receipt or use of any material provided by HTTG LLC, at any time, distributed via any method, represents acknowledgment by such persons of this disclaimer and agreement with its terms and conditions.

PAST PERFORMANCE DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS.

SYSTEM PURCHASE

The client agrees that by signing below they are agreeing to purchase access to the Hi Tech Trading Group LLC System and to pay HTTG LLC compensation as specified below. Upon purchase of the system, effective as the date of this agreement, Hi Tech Trading Group LLC agrees to supply the client with access to the clients trading account. Purchase of the does not require the client to trade, nor does it require the client to ever open or use a trading account. Hi Tech Trading Group LLC understands it is the right of the client to use or not use the once purchased.

The client agrees that the charge shall be $6,995.00. By signing below I agree to pay the above total amount of $6,995.00.

MONTHLY CHARGE
Monthly Developer Fee of $150.00 per month will be collected when you wish to begin using the Mini Day Trader. This fee will automatically reoccur every month on the same day until you wish to stop using the Mini Day trader.

Initial:

High Tech Trading Group and the Developers of the Systems and Trading products reserve the right to modify any and all parts of the systems and trading products without the consent of the customer. This may affect future performance results.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Purchase of the System does not require the client to trade, nor does it require the client to ever open or use a trading account. Hi Tech Trading Group LLC understands it is the right of the client to use or not use the System once purchased. There will be NO cancellations for any reason after signing this Client Service Agreement Clients are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
